Printing & Distribution is the in-plant print shop for the City of Portland, and also provides services to other local government agencies. P&D specializes in quick turn around, shorter run length reproduction and binding. Other services include digital pre-press, scheduled interoffice mail delivery, outgoing US Mail prep and processing, convenience copier/printer management, and traditional and digital reprographics. Reproduction and bindery services that cannot be efficiently performed in-house by P&D are vended to commercial vendors via competitive bid.
