DueDiligence Associates, Inc. was started in 1997 by Alice Todd, who has more than 40 years of experience from vendor, agency, and client perspectives. Paula Todd joined the company two years later, bringing additional production and marketing knowledge to the business. DDA offers services in the areas of advertising expense control, print, collateral, and point of purchase bidding, analysis, and production — with specialties in related advertising and direct response marketing, web and rotogravure print bidding and analysis, newspaper insert bidding and analysis, and all areas of retail marketing. DueDilligence Associates' business philosophy is to assist clients in performing due diligence with their marketing decisions and finding the right printers and other vendors at the best (not necessarily the lowest) prices so as to create more productive and profitable results for all concerned.
